what are the best, cheapest, home products for whinting teeth?

I use both Crest Whitening Stripes ($25) and this gel by Plus White called 5 minute speed whitening gel. ($6) I prefer the second because it only takes between 5-10 minutes and its cheaper. It works great! Trust me.. my smile has never been brighter!

Baking soda
The cheapest way is using reg. (in the brown bottle) hydrogen peroxide 3%, use only a little, it will taste weird, and foams up in your mouth, keep it in your mouth as long as you can stand it, but no longer than 10 minutes, do not swallow, spit out and rinse your mouth good, use baking soda to brush your teeth, it also taste weird, but both things will whiten your teeth, most toothpaste brands use these 2 products in toothpaste anyhow.I can not use toothpaste because it has artificial sweeteners, and most toothpaste I have found do use the artificial sweeteners..I have used these for a very long time, they both whiten your teeth great! and super cheap.you get used to the taste after awhile.you will be able to tell a difference even after only one use..good luck.
