My dentist told me that the only over the counter strips that really work are Crest White Strips.

Just use toothpaste and stop drinking Starbucks five times a day.

I have found the Crest strips to be the best.
talk to you'r dentist. you use that stuff to much you'll ruin you'r teeth.
I used Rembrandt 2 hour White. It has gel that you put into molds that go over your teeth. You can just do 1-20 minute session and notice a HUGE difference in your tooth color. I have sensitive gums and it did not bother me at all!

The bleach in whitening strips are the same bleach dentists use, but just lower in strength. If home whitening strips work some what on you, you might benfit from professional bleaching.
if you're teeth are stained from inside, then you will need something with peroxide.
