Will protein shakes damage teeth ?

Answers:
You've asked this question an awful lot lately.. It depends upon the sugar content and the acidity of the product. If you're unsure of what these things are then I suggest that approximately 15 - 20 mins after you've drank the stuff, you brush your teeth (the time span allows for the tooth enamel to recover from the trauma of the sugar/acidic attack) Also another really good tip is to drink the shake through a straw, placing the straw as far back in your mouth as possible, to avoid coating your teeth. drink water afterwards, chew sugar free chewing gum..
And don't forget to floss. Hope all that helps sugar (pun intended ;o))

Only if you do not brush your teeth regularly. Anything you eat has the potential to damage your teeth, some more than others, eg, sugary foodstuff. Bacteria will thrive on any sort of food source, including protein shakes that have additives and sugar in it.
if they have a lot of sugar content in them it will damage your teeth
thank you
