Buy some whitening tooth past or a commercial product.
It is marketed as a whitening agent but I cannot see how it can work because it does not give up any oxygen.
Do not swallow it because it is a powerful laxative.
I am not sure who pass you the idea to use baking soda. Baking soda is very alkaline in nature. I dilute 2g in 300ml of water to fight acid problem. It is best not to apply onto your teeth directly.
