2 bumps under tongue?

does anyone know what it is when you have two circular bumps on your bottom gums like under your tongue?

Answers:
Depends on where they are. The most commonly asked about location is about half-way between the bottom of your tongue and the back of your lower jawbone. These are the outlets for the salivary glands that live under your tongue. If you look REALLY carefully, you can see a tiny little bullseye that is actually the opening of the duct on each side.

For my next guess, if they are located on each side just on the inside of your jawbone and very hard, they are mandibilar tori, which just means some extra growth of bone.

Without knowing which one you actually have, I can't comment further. If you want more info, plst another question matching your "condition" to my answer as appropriate. Both of these findings are within normal.
