You can try going to the store and getting some creast white strips to put on your teeth.
Well a way to keep them from getting darker is to limit dark drinks such as coffee, tea, and dark colas.
Use vinegar and salt!
get a box of arm n hammer. set it in your bath room cabinet. EVERY time you brush your teeth -- wet your tooth brush and start by sticking your tooth brush (wet) into the box of baking soda. then rinse and get out your bottle of hydrogen peroxide and pour it over your bristles and brush your teeth some more- Then, (you might not like the taste, so.) brush another few seconds with your tooth paste of choice. TA DA!!
oh ya and drink alot o milk (if you can)
i have found rinsing with peroxide, it's nasty, but works. Then brush your teeth
