Need Help?.
yesterday i had my wisdom teeth extracted. and now my mouth is sore and swollen, really swollen. So what can i do stop the sore and the swelling, pretty quickly.
Answers:
Ice ice and ice. I had them out about a month ago. Get an ice pack and put it on each cheek for about 15 minutes. Once I fell asleep with in one one of my cheeks and that cheek was barely swollen after that. Sleep a lot and just relax. Watch a movie laying down on a bunch of pillows and have things like pudding and mashed potatoes. The pain and swelling will be gone before you know it.
Make an ice pack and place it on your jaw. Keep it there for 15 minutes then take it off for 15 minutes keep repeating the process.
So sorry .i know how you feel..had full mouth teeth extraction.Hopefully your dr gave you pain pills right? Its best to just try to sleep through the worst of it.I used ice alternating with a heating pad and lots of oragel.Again so sorry ..its awful..best of luck.
if not mistaken, some madicine is put before the teeth extracting. i think u'r in allergic.use the ice to cool the jaw for prevent the sore and use hot water try to handle the swelling. may this work.
use dentyne toothpaste. it might work. or use hypnosis, it works.
