Which is the better way to clean you tongue? Tongue scraper? or brushingw/ toothebrush and toothe paste?

I use my toothbrush, works for me. Sometimes its best to go back to the basics..

Tongue scraper . because I hate to hear my fiance gagging on her toothbrush. Take that to the bank!
I've always just used my toothbrush after rinsing off the paste. :)
toothbrush, always. Don't spend extra $$$ on tongue scrapers. You're everyday toothbrush will do the trick.
I prefer a real sharp scraper that you can actually feel. Some of them are just too soft and ineffective. I also brush the tongue and rinse w/ mouthwash.

If using a toothbrush makes you gag, take a wet facecloth, stick your finger in it and wipe off your tongue with that.

I know the IN thing is a tongue scraper and it is publicized the most, etc.. but they only want to sell tooth brushes WITH a tong scraper. In my mind though and I an sure of it.. the regular old tooth brush is the best. with or without toothpaste.
