what is your cleaning process for traintrack braces?

i got train tracks on thursday and i'm already fnding it really annoying cleaning thtem. does anyone have any tips for cleaning them or general upkeep?

Answers:
Use those little interdental brushes, they are much better than floss or superfloss. And get a good antibacterial mouthwash, it should contain "Chlorhexidine". The taste isn´t great but it works wonderful.
You should also ask your dentist for a professional cleaning every three months, if you can afford.
Please take good care because otherwise you´ll develop decay or at least those white spots of demineralization.
