what can i do about a dentist that ruined my teeth?

before he worked on them i could eat almost anything, now since he drilled on about all of them the fillings are falling out and i can hardly eat anything.

Answers:
go to another dentist and get an estimate to fix them.

Then write the BBB a letter of complaint about your old dentist to get his response by letter.

Take that letter and a copy of your estimate and file a complaint against him with the court system where you live. If it's under $5,000 then you can represent yourself.

If it's cost to fix would be over $5,000 then you need an attorney to represent you.

Either way you have to be sure you would win in court against his comments, AND you will need an attorney to represent you to win your case (although there is a slight chance you might win without an attorney). Attorneys cost money so don't take it to court unless or until you have the money to pay an attorney upfront for his services and representation.

If you win then write the BBB and the dental association that is above him and put a blot on his record.

If you don't win the complaint in court or decide not to spend a lot of money to get that, then you minds well just take the opinion of the second dentist and get it all fixed on your own and from your own money.

sue em!!
get a attorney
go to a different dentist and get everything fixed.
then you can sue the old dentist and subpoena the new one in for your case.
get a good lawyer
Report him. Then sue him.
go back and tell him your going to sue him and bring him to court.
I would go to another dentist, tell him what your problem is and maybe he can help you and give you advice.
You will get your money back if he really made a mistake.
That's the least he'll do.
Good luck!
sue them! and then go get your teeth fixed by another dentist!
get in touch with a different demntist and tell them you have a problem with a different dentist , but need to know who to complain to. you must be in pain.
see another dentist
i think you tell the front desk and say your dentist rained a way
If you have insurance, call your insurance company and tell them you want to file a complaint against the dentist. They will help you do it.
