Sometimes I have this small white ball of cells that is stuck to the back side of my throat?

To get it out I have to cough really hard. It smells really bad if I break it a part. What is this?

Yup that is what it is Tonsil stones. I read that you have to have your tonsils taken out to really get rid of the issue but I would check with your doctor. My mother has this problem. It is a build up of old food and cells.

I think ive had that a couple of time before. I believe i started getting it when i started smoking more heavily. Are you a smoker? If you are, you should go to the doctors and check. But like me, i didnt go, and im fine now, i dont get them anymore and still a smoker.
Do you still have your tonsils? If so they are called tonsil stones and they are from numerous tonsil infections. I had them and yes, the dr told me the do smell awful since they are actually cells that have sloughed off of your tonsils and made a nice little home building up in the cracks of your tonsils. Once they get larger or your tonsils become more inflamed they will show as white specks on your tonsils. You need to see an ENT as soon as possible. I had mine out a few weeks after I saw the Dr. Good luck.
