How to Get Rid of Garlic Breath
Bacteria induced garlic breath can be reduced by usual oral hygene methods. Standard halitosis remedies include regular use of mouthwash, brushing and flossing teeth and tongue scraping.
There are also commercial bad breath remedies available which are more powerful than the usual mouthwashes you can buy in supermarkets. These are available from your doctor, your pharmacist or to buy online.

Another method of reducing garlic breath is to eat parsley with the meal. This seems to counteract the problem to some extent, although it doesn't prevent it completely. It's probably no coincidence that many garlic recipes also contain parsley. However it is not enough just to sprinkle in a teaspoon of dried parsley when cooking. To get the effect you need to chew at least one sprig of fresh parsley, preferably more. Ideally this should be chopped and added near the end of cooking.

Some people also claim that chewing cardamon seeds has a similar effect to parsley and can work as a garlic breath remedy. Cardamon has a very strong flavour so this might not be an option for some people.

Perhaps the best solution to the garlic breath problem is to ensure that you surround yourself with friends who are also garlicophiles!

Drink lots of water and go running - sweat that out, it's the only way to get rid of that nasty.

Good Luck Stinky Breath =)
listerine is perfect
brush your teeth and tonge and garlic with listerine,
if you can't, eat a bunch of mints, like tic tac
dont eat garlic
or if you do get garlic vitamines they smell less
Gum, mouth wash, breath mints, brush your teeth & tongue.
Get ahold of some fresh parsley from the grocery store. Chew on a few whole pieces of it and swallow it down. It should help neutralize the stink, lol.
The garlic has permeated your lungs, so it will be with you for awhile. All you can do is keep mints or breathspray handy.
Two words: Tic Tac
brush your teeth. Rinse with scope.
mint, gum, eat something else, brush, floss.
listerine fresh strips that dissolve on your tounge.
Stop eating foods with garlic in them.

Brush & floss after each meal. If you can't do that, then at least rinse with water or mouthwash.

Keep a peppermint in your mouth.
Here's a thought: STOP EATING STUFF WITH GARLIC IN IT!
Brush your teeth or get some breath savers
Eating some onions ought to do the trick?
just remember that the breath is not coming from your mouth.it's coming from your belly. You can brush and brush.but the smell will still be there.

I eat Altoids or chew Altoids gum. I know it freshens my breath, but it does wonders to my belly too. Also, try breath assure.
As I understand it, eaten garlic is ingested into your bloodstream. Particles of ingested garlic lodges in your lungs and causes 'garlic breath'.
Hence, either don't eat garlic, or try to mask the odour with breath freshener.
You'll just have to wait 2-3 days until it leaves your system. Use mouthwash in the meantime.
Time.
