u need to extract some teeth because u need to have ur lower teeth jaw smaller than ur uper teeth jaw. tat will make ur teeth straight.
why u must extract? because maybe u have too many teeth n doesnt fit to ur lower jaw. that y u need to extract.
it depends. some people wont have to extract, just like me.
i just wore it for 2 years n its all straight n nice.

u will encounter pain in ur first week. the pain are caused by the numbness of the braces binded hardly.
