Teeth whitening home remedies?? not too many ingredients please. yet effective?

Answers:
Baking soda does wonders not so good to taste but, was used as a home remedy. Dad is a dentist and loves this, but he also recommends the Crest Whitening stripes they work really well. I have used them and love them! Crest whitening toothpaste works good and so does Rembrandt toothpaste.a little more expensive but great results. Peroxide damages the enamel on your teeth if you use this be careful do not use it a lot and make sure you dilute it! Hope this helps! The stripes are the best for quick results.
Brush them daily?
Use peroxide and baking soda..not the best tasting, but very effective
I have just used hydrogen peroxide in the past. I put it in a cup and dip a cotton swab in it and rub over the teeth making sure to not get it on the gums to avoid white spots.
