Yes it is I can do it. But u have to breathe kind of slow so u know its working. If you let your mouth hang open and kind of inhale not with your lips. I mean actually try an breathe in by just using your chest. Dont purse your lips or any other unneccessary movements. Then breathe n and see if you can do it.
Yes, most do it all the time without even realizing it.
