any cures for bad breath??

Answers:
1. Brush Teeth
2. Floss teeth (don't think its important? Floss your teeth, then smell the floss. YUCK.)
3. When you brush your teeth, make sure you include your tongue, it is a bacteria magnet. You can even get a tongue scraper.
4. Chew only sugarfree gum, and sugar free mints. Sugar exacerbates bad breath.
5. Keep your mouth moist. A dry mouth can stink.

Make sure you brush your teeth regularily and if that doesnt work then go and see your doctor as you may have a medical condition which they will be able to treat with the correct medicine.
brush and floss and gargle and gum
Brush your teeth
yeah dont breath ever again..
Dring alot more water. Eat more fiber. Exercise. Brush your teeth more often and mouthwash after you brush. Floss at least three times a week or more. Watch how much junk food you eat.
chewing gum
Brushing your teeth and tongue.
chewing some fresh Parsley is effective
1st stop should be your dentist. If you have a build up of plaque this can cause your breath to smell sour. Also, use a mouth wash and floss regularly. If you still have probs then visit your doctor.
Drink plenty of water as well and chew gum after meals if you can't brush.
brush, floss, make sure to get your tongue, and listerine is pretty good too, but if that doesnt work you might have a medical condition
Parsley and plenty of it! lol but realistically, brush more and use a decent mouthwash! even cortidal! it may taste crap but it sure is dam good at fighting bad mouth odour!
Depends whats causing it, it could be a gastric reflex, a pharyngeal pouch or a sinus problem. That needs to be seen by your g.p.
Or it could be gingivitis or a bad tooth - best see your dentist.

Otherwise, start your dental routine by scraping your tongue. Then gently brush your tongue with a dab of toothpaste on your brush, then rinse and repeat.
Then clean your teeth, floss, rinse and brush again; and make sure you brush for at least 2 mins each time.
Then use mouthwash.

You could also try parsley and mint tablets from a health food shop or maybe a big supermarket.
try brushing ur tongue, it removes alot of plaque that causes bad breath
The guillotine.
YES! Meticulous oral hygiene(FLOSSING and BRUSHING at least 2 times a day-brushing your tongue regularly- be sure you have no periodontal disease(it has a deadly smell!!)or be sure you are free of unresolved decay - if you have an infection in your teeth or gums the smell is really nasty!
If all is HEALTHY - ask your dentist for a trial of Peridex or chorhexadine - it is a rinse that may kill microbials contributing to bad breat commonly known as HALITOSIS!
inner cleanliness = outer cleanliness so get rid of constipation and loads fluids. and get rid of indigestion and acidity cos the smells *** right up through mouth. no joke, so juices and water. coffee and tea dont count coz they dehydrate not hydrate so!
Eat sensibly, brush teeth several times a day, use floss and the best mouthwash you can buy, not the cheap ones, drink lots of water, don't talk too much, people who do, like lecturers are renowned for having bad breath, simply because the mouth dries out when talking too much! Visit your dentist regularly for a proper teeth cleaning.
Brush teeth. Scrape tongue. Use mouthwash. Eat Mentos. Chew Gum.
brush your teeth 2x a day and use mouth wash.tounge scrapping helps .ask you dentist for other options if this does not help
I had a daughter with very bad breath.
I give her xylitol gum, xylitol candy, and xylitol toothpaste and brush with attention to her tongue. Works like a charm.

Xylitol is a diabetic-friendly non-cavity causing sugar that helps stop growth of streptococcal species that cause tooth decay. I recommend it to all parents.
Bad breath can come from any of three sources.
1) Teeth and gums
2) Tongue
3) Rest of the body.
3a) One source is a yeast called Candida albicans. An excess of candida in the small intestine causes some or all of the following: stomach upset, bloating, bad breath migraine.

The main cause for this yeast is probably simple sugars in food. These come from cakes, biscuits, marmalade, jam, honey, sucrose and any simple starch such as white bread.

Avoiding these things helps. Some biotin may help to keep the candida in a vulnerable state while you inhibit their growth with maximised caprylic acid (one trade name is Capricin). There are other non-prescription natural substances whcih will also inhibit the growth of candida.

The bacteria then get a chance to grow, and keep candida in check. It is a case of balanced internal ecology.
if after trying all the usual stuff it still persists it could be caused by infected sinuses..try Mentholatum crystals or Vick's + boiled water (be warned though its strong)

It depends what the cause is. Brush your teeth at least twice a day and floss in between them to remove all debris. Also put 1 drop of tea tree essential oil on your toothbrush with your regular toothpaste, it's an anti bacterial oil so helps to kills germs which may be causing bad breath. See you dentist on a regular basis and the hygienist for a clean.
Yes!
