There's this asian kid in my class and his nickname is way hung.I don't think he knows what it means, but the first time i heard it i laughed for like an hour

It's always ok to find something funny. It's not ok to deride someone with the intention of hurting that person. I'm sure that there are things about you that are ridiculous and hilarious to others and as long as you can laugh about those things there is no harm in having a healthy laugh about others. Just be honest and light and comedy can just be comedy.

I think you may think it is wrong because you feel somewhat guilty about laughing about it.

I don't think it's funny if the child is too small to understand it and I think it's inappropriate to allow other kids to call him this in your classroom. Think of the day he realizes what it "could" mean and that no teacher stopped others from calling him that. Could be very embarrassing for him and you.

Sorry to be a downer, but I did give my opinion. I don't think you're a bad person for laughing at this at all; sometimes I laugh at things and then give it some thought and feel bad about it.
You may think it's funny but the guys who nicknamed him are insensitive and rude. Please don't join in their ignorance by disrespecting this student who happens to be from Asia.
It's ok for you to think it's funny, but I wouldn't talk about it to others or laugh right in front of the guy, everyone has feelings and think about if you were in his shoes.
