There is 'odontology' - the study of teeth, though not actually a medical branch of biology I think. The 'mouth' department of the hospital I work in is oral and maxillo-facial surgery ('max fax' for short). Wikipedia certainly list odontology as a tooth ology - see the link for confirmation though no more details
