Does your jaw get bigger hwne you chew?
The muscles right over the angular part on both sides of my jaw feel tired even after a little bit of chewing, and sometimes hurt. Does this mean those muscles are getting bigger? I reeeally don't want them to. Anyone else have this problem?
Answers:
After just a little bit of chewing those muscles aren't suppose to feel tired or hurt. It's not because of a growth issue.
You should check with a dentist, at least for a simple checkup, or even better: call one, they can ask a few questions and give you an opinion over the phone.
Jaw pain is a very common symptom of a Neuromuscular disorder because it is a dysfunction of the muscles and how they are related to the jaw joint . A “bad bite” in which your upper and lower teeth do not come together in proper alignment also disrupts the placement of the jaw and the surrounding muscles. This imbalance in the bite-jaw-muscle relationship is what causes the pain in the jaw. Pressure and forces on the teeth can cause bone to dissolve or extra boney projections to be built up.
yes it duz . .
Yes and No! My jaw gets sore from eating food thats hard to chew.
NO IF IT HURTS YOU SHOULD GO TO A DOCTOR GOODLUCK!!
Only if you're a snake.
sounds like you may be near quit'n the dirty habit.
I chew'd 15 years and so far got away w/ it. Others aren't so lucky.
I nor anyone else that I know, noticed any muscular-jaw change.
this means your jaw is getting over worked. It wont get bigger, but if you chew a lot of chewy thinks you can get TMJ.and that sucks
