How do should i expect to feel after having a couple of fillings in my teeth?

It's pretty painless, so don't worry -- you'll be fine. Though everyone is different, you may experience this:

1) Numbness -- tingly feeling in your mouth and face, maybe all the way to your ear. Don't try to drink out of a straw -- your facial muscles will still be paralyzed for a couple of hours

2) Maybe a bit tired -- the novacaine may lower your heart rate and make you a bit sluggish.

3) Sore jaw -- they have to keep your mouth open for a long time and your jaw muscles may be a little sore for a day or two -- nothing major, just don't eat hard foods.

You will feel a bit beaten up. I find that Advil and Aleve works better for the pain than a precription med.

If your cavties have been hurting when they werent filled then you wont feel any pain anymore, and if not then it will feel the same and maybe a little sensitive. but they dont hurt after

If you drink anything you might get it all over your shirt cause you'll pretty numbed up . I don't know , maybe I'm just a slob ?
the fillings really aren't any difference, but the numbing, is just something else. for approx. 4 hours, you'll feel like half your maout doesn't even exsist. you can touch your lip and jaw, but you can't feel yourself touching them. it is soooo weird, but totally awsome @ the same time.
I think it varies. Like with me, I had a bad experience, the dentist filled two teeth and I couldnt eat off the teeth for months after. Not to scare you, but different people have different experiences.
