I am 20 years and have gaps in my front row of teeth should i get braces now will they weaken my teeth?
Answers:
You can go for braces without any problem. You know, movement of tooth is a continuous process throughout our life and hence don't bother much about your age.
Only your dentist can advise you about the type of braces after checking the condition of tooth.

i had a gap in my teeth and always thought id need braces until i went to the dentist and they filled it with white filling it didnt hurt at all and you would not no i had a gap, its around 70 buks depending on where your from
The braces will not weaken your teeth. If you do not want braces they can give you a filling to close the gaps (can't remember exactly what it is called, but it will look as you have straight, perfect teeth).
you can still get braces ate this age but it will be painful as the tension on the braces will be very tight. You could look into invisilign. They're like braces but look like mouth guards. They can be taken out to eat and brush. It'll take a little longer for your teeth to straighten and costs more than traditional braces but might be the way to go.The pieces fit right over your teeth and when you go to orthodontist for check ups they gradually change the pieces until your teeth are straightened.
No keep them clean and do as your dentist told you then you should not have any problems. My friend had braces when she was 30 yrs of age and she is doing all fine 10 yrs later. spartan
no it will not at all weaven ur teeth
I have had braces and I used to work in a dental office. Wearing braces will cause bone loss in teeth regardless at what age they are put on.
