do you clean your teeth everyday?
Answers:
Yes, I brush 2-3 x day, and floss daily. Brushing at night is the most important time of all. Bacteria thrive in an anaerobic environment, meaning an area that has no oxygen. Sleeping with your mouth shut for that many hours, no talking, no drinking/eating, etc, and you create a haven for bacteria to thrive and destroy your gums and teeth. They multiply at an incredible rate, and create gases and nasty stuff that will increase your chances of gum disease and boneloss, which leads to tooth loss. Unless you like the idea of dentures and fake teeth, better think more about making the effort.
I brush every day twice
yes, this is the US, not france
I try to brush a minimum of twice a day. It's so tiring. It takes me at least 20 minutes per session.
I brush every day twice and floss once at least.
yes i also floss, just get a routine going & stick to it.
At least twice a day.
Oh ya. I brush twice a day and floss once a day.
DO IT! It's not worth the nightmare of gum disease that pursues if you don't. I even sometimes clean my teeth in the middle of the night when I get up to pee.
Heck yes! When you see what I see every day (other people's mouths), you are too scared NOT to clean your teeth every day!
yes ofcourse! i even floss every night before going to bed. and visit the dentist at least once every 6 months. it's very important! i don't want to be an old lady with full dentures when i get old. no..no.no!
Yes, because I think spinach in a persons front teeth, is very unattracticve.
