Hey whatever you do .. don't expect to get an answer here!
Go see a specialist pleeeaassee!!! For your baby's sake!
first of all, you don't even know how to spell things right. don't attempt administering anesthesia nor extracting a tooth yourself. consult a professional.
why do u wanna remove it..
Those are milk teeth - leave them alone. They will come out on their own. Or they will develop into real baby teeth. Either way, you shouldn't do anything to them.
you need to really call a dentist, or better yet show a dentist.
I am sure that is quite rare, or normal.
But dont do anything on your own thats not smart, nor sanitary with a new born.Go to a walk in clinic, or your baby's doctor for the best opinon.Good luck!
Natal teeth are relatively uncommon, appearing in about one in every 2,000 to 3,000 births. Although the majority of natal teeth are isolated incidents, their presence may be associated with some syndromes.

Natal teeth generally develop on the lower gum where the central incisors will be. They have little root structure and are attached to the margin of the gum by soft tissue and are often wobbly.

Natal teeth are usually not well formed but they are firm enough that, because of their placement, they may cause irritation and trauma to the infant's tongue while he is nursing. Natal teeth may also be uncomfortable for a nursing mother.

Frequently, natal teeth are removed shortly after birth while the newborn infant is still in the hospital, especially if the tooth is loose and the child runs a risk of aspiration, or "breathing in" the tooth

Your child's pediatrician in the hospital would probably be on top of this and explain to you the options
If the tooth is not decayed and it's not causing health problems, there's no reason to remove it. Leave it be.

Oh, and please use spell check next time. Thanks.
