Sounds like a SEVERE case of gingivitis to me! Poor dental hygiene and not seeing your dentist for checkups can result in this. It's NOT easy to treat, either! See your dentist or dental hygienist FAST before you lose teeth and develop severe infections!! Then brush and floss regularly or you'll never totally recover from this. Sadly, this is fairly common...

You might have gum disease. you need to go to the dentist and they will take a count on how loose your gum is by every tooth. #'s from 1-3 are good any any past 4 are bad. they will then clean your gums and teeth. Possibly show you a video. After tell you to brush and floss 2x a days to keep the gums clean until they heal and tighten back to your teeth. also
have them checked every three months for a while to make sure.
