How can I come up with $600.00 for crowns for 2 broken molars?
Answers:
When I had to get two crowns for my two broken molars and other various dental procedures a couple of years back, I didn't have any insurance so I was going to have to pay out of my own pocket. I asked if they had a payment plan they could put me on and they had me apply for something called CareCredit. It's like a medical credit card, in which you are approved for a certain credit line and make monthly payments. I don't think the interest payments were very high because I ran it up to about 3000 dollars and payed it off relatively quickly. If you don't want to do that, then ask your dentist what kind of payment plans he/she can put you on. Good luck with that.
shouldve gotten insurance from work.
Shouldn't this question be in the Business & Finance section?
I was going to also suggest CareCredit, I'm using that. Also, it's not just for dental, it could be for cosmetic surgery, visual care, chiropractors, and even veterinary medicine.
There is an option for interest or no interest, just matters how much you're willing to pay each month.
Hmmm..
This answer probablly won't be the best one but..
Waitress at a busy restaurant for 3 weeks, 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. The money that you'll make in tips in that period of time should be about $600.00 (this is coming from personal experience)
Talk to the dentist about it ahead of time. Most dentists are willing to work out a payment plan that will fit the patient's budget.
