Does bleaching your teeth clean them?

i have to go to the dentist to get a cleaning but if i bleach my teeth before i go will he still have to clean my teeth. because my friend bleached there teeth and there was no yellow just white .

Nope, thats the one thing people don't understand..Bleaching your teeth whitens them it doesn't clean them. Your teeth may feel like there clean, but the bleach does not protect against tarter or cavities. I recommend bleaching your teeth then brushing them..
