Does hydrogen peroxide solution help whiten teeth !

Don't rinse with peroxide. It can cause conditions like Black Hairy tongue. Where the papillae on the tongue grow long and dark. Whiteners work by sitting on the teeth for longer periods of time (30 + min) . You can't do that with rinsing.
