How often should you brush ur gums?
Answers:
My dentist recommends every time you brush your teeth and to use a soft bristtle tooth brush, also the brush your tongue as bacteria grows on it and adds to bad breath.
Evertime you brush your teeth, DAILY. And use a soft brush.
everyday
Floss.
Brush your teeth!
Floss your gums!
As you age, you can actually do damaged/harm to your gums if you overdo it.
Ask your oral hygenist and/or dentist on your next visit!
Every single time you brush your teeth. Go to the American Dental Association Web site to learn about the dangers of periodontal disease, and take your oral care really seriously. Floss, brush, etc. The older you get the more you notice the care you DIDN't take when you were younger.
AND if you do damage through neglect when you're younger, it will show up when you're mid-age. And that's when you'll discover that most companies dental plans (if you have one) have an annual limit of like $1000 a year.and gum surgery on one tooth costs $950..
Everyday about twice a day. In the morning and at night. But dentists suggest that you brush your teeth/ gums after every meal. And Brushing your gums is not literally brushing the bottom of your gums. When you brush your teeth your brushing the gums that are attached to the sides of your teeth. Thats pretty much what is need to be brushed in according to gums. So just brush your teeth twice a day and you'll be fine.
Get one of those SONIC toothbrushes and it will clean your gums ultrasonically while you are brushing your teeth YOu should do that at least twice a day (even more if you are a compulsive with nothing better to do with your time).
At least twice a day.
every time
See all of the above. To get more specific, have the hygienist show you correctly at your next cleaning. Hope this helps.
EVERY DAY
