What should i do?
i'm 14 i hane NEVER been to the dentist my mom and dad basicly refuse to take me to the dentist or even for physicals and checkups and crap like that // i really need to go to the dentist before school starts up but there in alalbama and i'm in nc its covered by tricare but the don't seem to care. WHAT SHOULD I DO?and IS THIS NORMAL?

Firstly, no, it's not normal that your parents refuse to take you to the dentist or the doctor. It is their responsibility as parents to take care of your health and that includes visits to the dentist and the doctor when necessary.
I think you should sit down and try to talk to them. Explain to them that you are worried about your teeth, that you think you might have some cavities which you want to get fixed before you end up with toothache (because that's HORRIBLE!). Tell them that they don't even need to pay for anything because it is covered by tricare, but you would like it if they could make you an appointment to see a dentist.
If they won't, you should speak to someone about it - do you have any grandparents or aunts or uncles around who could sort out an appointment for you? If not, try speaking to the school nurse. Good luck!

I think Chad is right about asking the school nurse. The other side of the problem here is that a dentist would REQUIRE the consent of your guardian in order to treat you. If your parents said you could not go, they might refuse to pay the bill (horror of horrors - haha) and they could even sue the dentist for battery if he treated you without their consent. This is a difficult issue and you will need to have some kind of intervention by a social worker (or whatever.) to get your parents to consent or no dentist should really be treating you anyhow.
