Don’t drink your mouthwash – and get a second opinion.

Go to a health store you'll find a fluride free toothpaste there most likely.
The brand I use is Tom's. You can buy it at walmart and it's flouride free.

You shouln't use a flouride toothpaste anyway. Flouride may be good for your teeth, but it's absolutely terrible for your body.
Tom's is a brand of toothpaste without fluoride, but heh you've got a great repository of information, use a search engine like google, or lycos or which ever one you most familiar with, unless you've already so.
A Google search should find it for you.
Isn't it interesting that society insists on putting flouride, a deadly poison, into our tooth paste? And our water? Considering the nature of the pharmaceutical industry today, I really question their motives in doing this. How much has cancer increased since the introduction of flouride into our food supply?
Oxyfresh and Oravive are the biggest name-brand, fluoride-free toothpastes. Tom's of Maine has one as well.
Burt's Bees has a lavendar/mint variety and a Cinnamint variety. I've tried both, prefer the Cinnamint.

They're good toothpastes.
Without comment on the effects of fluoride, I do not believe that there is any relation between topically applied fluoride, such as you are doing when you use a fluoride toothpaste, and fluorosis. What's done is done and toothpaste would not make it any worse.
