Sounds like your teeth are really infected. First, start brushing 2 or 3 times a day with hydrogen peroxide mixed with baking soda. Tastes a little bad but will help to clean your teeth and get rid of the infection, which will help your pain.

What you really need to get is an AmeriPlan discount card. It will really take a bite out of the cost of dental work. You just need to make sure to go to a participating provider. Go to:
http://www.mybenefitsplus.com/40495921... Click on Locate a provider and once you have found one (and Grand Rapids will have a lot) then simply click on Join Now and fill out the fields. You will get a number that you can take to that dentist immediately and get savings (a card is also in the mail).
The card only costs $11.95 a month.
