my white filling has been wonderfully made but i saw that a litlle piece is missing how can it be repaired?
can a little piece of composite be added to it and how is this usually done i mean if a recently tooth filing has been acomlished and you realise it is not so perfect after all the pain you have been throgh do i have to have my filling removed whole of it of can they repair this situation with bond please explain how tihs is done

That can easily be repaired. The dentist may want to roughen it up just a little but you shouldn't need anesthetic. He will then just rebond that section.
