i know baking soda helps whitening teeth but..?

hey ppl/ i know baking soda helps getting my teeth white but how do i work with it.. like do i buy a tooth paste with Baking soda in it?.. do i mix baking soda with water like to form a paste?.is it safe everyday?
..im sorry but im really ignortant in sucha thing.. help drs..

You can mix baking soda with H2O2 tyo make a paste or you can just pour a little baking soda into the palm of your hand (not the one you are holding your brush in.), moisten your brush, and then pick up some baking soda by dipping the bristles into the baking soda as often as you need to replenish it.

People use to brush their teeth with plain baking soda. But they do have toothpaste and all toothpaste brands have baking soda 99.99% alwways. so buy toothpaste! it tastes wayyyyyyyyyy better
Baking soda does not whiten the teeth. It is abrasive so it removes some of the surface stain. This is exactly what could be done at a cleaning appointment.
