Braces question.I just got my molar bands put in, and now I can't bite down fully anymore! Any suggestions?

i just got my molar bands in last week. call your dentist and make an appointment to ask them if they are in all the way. i had the same problem too, i couldnt bite alll the way so i just would bit down as normally as i could, by time, i could bite down all the way because my other teeth pushed it all the way in!

Get used to it, quick!
Your not supposed to bite down, because that pushes your upper teeth out more, hence more of a overbite.
Your bands are not seated properly.,.. make an appointment to go back in.. the sooner the better, because you will probably break something by accident if you don't.

Unfortunately, they'll have to be taken off and put back on..
