Cosmetic Teeth Bleaching/Whitening, which works best ? The one time dr. visit or the trays?

The trays are better because they use proper bleach. But bear in mind, bleach contains peroxide which can damage your gums and your teeth. And also if you have any spots or calcium marks on your teeth these are gonna show up more. Plus you put the tray in on a night and have to sleep with it in which can be uncomfartable. But they do give better results than the solutions you just paint on.
Bleach trays worked great for me. Although now I have these yellow dots on my front two teeth and I think that is what caused them. It works but you have to keep doing if for it to always look good...thats where they get you.
you have to be car full when buying bleaching kits because there is a % on the tubes and you should always start of with a low % because teeth whitening can make your teeth very sensitive, you are best to have advice from your dentist first and I'm sure they will give you what you need, the trays are also fit for your mouth only and fit perfect around your teeth so you don't miss any parts out. with a dentist kit, because it is fit to your shape and size mouth you can sleep in it,its tight and wont move, the recommended time for the bleach to have any effect is 6 hours a day so it might be wise to get the right one and sleep in it :)
