Urgent dentist for quad mom in central, nj. has medicare/caid. need partial top plate so i can smile again?

i need a partial on my top. i'm a quad mom who hides her smile because of bad teeth. have trouble because of insurance. i have medicare/caid. hard to find help. i want despertly to smile again w/family. my son's basketball game, daughter's baby shower, my son'sbaby boy. i'm in awheelchair, bad enough, just want a beautiful smile for myself, kids, family and everyone who acknowledges me w/or w/out a smile. i need to have 3-teeth pulled, hopefully at one time, then get ready for partial. 6-teeth i need. i had a venere break, lost a temp. cap and a cap broke at gum line. help me smile again. i hate to not smile. thank you.

You can contact a local college. Most colleges that offer dentist training offer assistance in helping the needy get dentures. At least I know it is offered here in Arkansas.
