How to cure cankersores/cuts in mouth?

When i sleep, my mouth becomes dry and my teeth leave cutes in my mouth. I have a really bad cut in the back and it hurts very bad. I've tried orasol gel and spray and even took advil to get rid of the pain. Nothing works that i've tried. Does anyone have any home remmides for cankersores or cuts in mouth? Thanks!

rinse with salt water every two hours that'll take the pain away for a while.

There is no cure. You just have to let them run their course, which is a bout a week. Try Orabase..not Orajel. It creates a film over the sore and eases the pain. You can also brush and swish with mouthwash which kills the bacteria.

equal parts of lemon juice and vinegar >> it tastes nasty so try to drink it all up right away without thinking about it, oh and don't wash out your mouth right away, wait a few minutes
