Help me with my breath problem please?

Most people can prevent or improve bad breath by practicing proper dental hygiene. If bad breath persists despite self-care, see your dentist. If the cause isn't dental, see your doctor to determine a possible medical cause. You may need a physical examination and testing to pinpoint the underlying cause.
Self-care
Try the following steps to improve or prevent bad breath:
Brush your teeth after you eat. Keep a toothbrush at work to brush after eating.
Floss at least once a day. Proper flossing removes food particles and plaque from between your teeth.
Brush your tongue. Giving your tongue a good brushing removes dead cells, bacteria and food debris. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and brush your tongue with at least five to 15 strokes. Pay particular attention to the middle third of the tongue, where most of the bacteria tend to collect.
Clean your dentures well. If you wear a bridge or a partial or complete denture, clean it thoroughly at least once a day or as directed by your dentist.
Drink plenty of water. To keep your mouth moist, be sure to consume plenty of water — not coffee, soft drinks or alcohol. Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) or sucking on candy (preferably sugarless) also stimulates saliva, washing away food particles and bacteria. If you have chronic dry mouth, your dentist or doctor may additionally prescribe an artificial saliva preparation or an oral medication that stimulates the flow of saliva.
Use a fairly new toothbrush. Change your toothbrush every three to four months, and choose a soft-bristled toothbrush.
Schedule regular dental checkups. At least twice a year, see your dentist to have your teeth or dentures examined and cleaned.
probably should talk to your dentist - it might be some sort of gum disease.
its called brushing WELL. dont be a **** retard about it.
you have gingivitis !
You need to eat healthy food!
Basically that happen for two reasons
Problem in your teeth or problem in you digestive system
get a tongue scraper and scrape your tongue. Also get that new tooth brush that can scrape the sides of your cheeks that hold a lot of bacteria. Maybe try a different tooth paste also, my dentist recommend Colgate total I guess it kills all the bacteria in your mouth.
sometime gum and mints make your smell BAD. stop chewing gum and having tic tacs for a week and see what happens. otherwise, i would recommend going to the dentist.
Are you eating garlic or onions? This food can make your breath smell bad. There are little capsules you can buy to neutralize bad odors from the stomach, if you use mouthwash it may be that the bad breath is from your stomach, not from your mouth. Ask at your pharmacy for the stomach capsules that help stop bad breath. (I forget what they are called)
I have heard that if you have bad breath you should try brushing your tongue. Could it be your diet? I would ask your doctor or dentist.
If your breath is really bad even though you have good oral hygiene, you may just be suffering from a dry mouth. There are certain types of bacteria that thrive in a dry mouth and produce a horrible sulfurous smell. Mouth wash, usually loaded with alcohol, can even make this worse. Try using products by Biotene. They have toothpaste and mouthwash for people who have a dry mouth. Also, just try to keep your mouth as hydrated as possible during the daytime. If the problem still continues, you'd probably better see a dentist.
Some people have chronic bad breath, which means it's incurable it. Do you brush your teeth at night? Most of the bacteria in your mouth aren't on your teeth. It's on you're tongue! Only a little percentage is on your teeth. So make sure you brush your tongue well everyday. If your already doing that, and it still doesn't work. You probably have chronic bad breath, or it can be a medical reason. I suggest you go see the dentist.
get a cleaning at the dentist, try some of those listerine pocket packs breath strips. brush twice a day, and naturally, stay away from garlic and onions. dont forget to brush your toungue and gums too. and a good natural remedy, after eating, eat the parsley garnish on your plate that they put on at restaurants. fresh parsley is great for freshening breath. also eating apples helps to clean your teeth. good luck!
Hi,
it seems like you may have gum disease, which can't be fixed with just brushing and flossing. Gum disease or periodontitis is the buildup of bacteria inside your gums. Only your dentist can remove this type of bacteria. Please see you dentist soon because gum disease only gets worse and if left untreated could lead to losing teeth all together and having to replace your natural teeth with partials or dentures later in your life.
ummm try going to the dentist or start bushing your tonge
You might have a tooth that is decaying, and you don't realize it. Or you could have a cavity that will trap food, and can not be removed even with brushing and flossing. I suggest that you go get a dental check up. Most dentist will offer a free check up for your first visit.
I'm sure you properly wash your mouth and floss and mouthwash and chew gum.. did you try BreathRX?

It might help... and if not, go to your dentist.. seriously.
good luck
Medical studies show that bad breath is directly correlated to consuming foreign substances. Stop eating babies.
try a mouthwash without alcohol in it, because the kind with alcohol can dry ur mouth out making the problem worse. also if ur diet consists of a lot of protein and not enough carbs then that could be the problem too. any kind of antibiotics can dry ur mouth out also. u can get a tongue scraper at the drug store for really cheap, i heard those work pretty well. if that doesn't work, then u may have to go to the dentist, and they can possible run test on ur gums to see if u have a gum disease.
Get the tongue scraper from Supersmile. Use it and then brush. I don't think mouth wash is necessary. Also, do not eat any sugar candy including mints with sugar as they basically encourage bacterial overgrowth in your mouth.
See a dentist immediately, you could have advanced gum disease.o... maybe you just have vile breath.dont breath in ppl's faces.
You should take antibactrieal, put it on a tooth brush and stick it on the back of your tounge. Then wash your mouth out with water or mouthwash. If this does not help talk to a dentist it may be a gum diesease.
I am a dentist. There are several things that may be contributing to your bad breath:
1. lack of brushing. I recommend you buy a high quality electric toothbrush and brush your teeth for 2 minutes every morning and night.
2. lack of tongue brushing. Brush your tongue every time you brush your teeth
3. Gum disease. Go to your dentist and make sure you do not have gingivitis or periodontitis. Continue to floss and use listerine (not just any old mouthwash).
4. Stop eating foods that cause bad breath. Ie. coffee, alcohol, garlic, etc.
5. Consider going to a physician as sometimes bad breath can be linked to other more serious medical conditions.
Go To The Parmasy And Ask For Cirst Spray It Eats Stuff Like that it is only 125.00 that sound like a lot for a 24mL bottle but whatever it works a
go to the dentist first, then if it's not your teeth there maybe something wrong with your siniuses. so you need to go to the doctor
gingivitis causes bad breath, u can have this gum disease ¬ know it 4 a long time cuz it don't hurt in the beginning, your first clue is the bad breath that never goes away no matter what u do.
