Just had two teeth pulled on left side friday..?
They felt okay until I rinsed with salt water yesterday, now the side of my face is swollen and the bottom hurts really bad under my jaw area. Is this normal or do I have a dry socket. Please only real answers, not stupid ones.

Definately call your dentist, it could be dry socket.
It sounds like dry socket.. You should know that when you have teeth pulled(even one) DO NOT immediately go to mouth rinses and to rough spitting, and to rough rinsing.. you MUST do NOTHING for a day or so after the tooth is pulled. You did not say if it hurts like HELL or just hurts.. If it is dry socket, it will hurt like hell for a day or so and then subside. What you can do is.. ibuprofen tablets or what I recommend is go to the pharmacist and get a small bottle (it only comes in small bottles) oil of clove and with your finger slightly rub your gum with that oil of cloves
