It's really gross. I can't help but stare at it when it's there. It seems to be some type of saliva build up that forms on his bottom lip. Its not always there, but sometimes it is. I keep thinking as he is talking to me that it is going to fly off and hit me. Ewe! Anyone know what this is caused by? Is there a name for it?

It is dried saliva - people who have this tend to talk without swallowing their saliva enough.
