Do you have any tips on making your teeth whiter?
Answers:
OK, well here is what i got out of a home book or something of that nature. I use it all the time and people notice that my teeth are whiter. Well any way here is what you do.
-Use alittle baking sode
-3% peroxide
-Mix them to gether, then brush your teeth with the solution for 2 minutes.
-then brust your teeeth with your normal tooth paste and also do this at night.
!DO NOT MAKE A LOT TO USE FOR LATER BECAUSE IT WILL NOT HELP YOU SAvE TIME YOU"LL HAVE TO THROW IT AWAY!
IT REALLY work i do it in the morning and at nite... I KNOW THIS WILL HELP!
Home treatment is baking soda, proxide, and mint extract. Mix into a paste, and brush.
actually crest white strips really do work! celebs use then all the time before award shows,
The secret is in not using too much toothpaste and brusing very well for 3 minutes (not over)
Some people bleach their teeth but I WOULD NOT suggest it. You will soon lose all of your teeth and look like an old woman.
I use Listerine Whitening Mouth Wash twice a day. (Morning and night) After that, brush with Colgate Total Whitening or some other whitening toothpaste. It works for me and is a lot cheaper and safer than having it done professionally. Good Luck! :)
Try baking soda and perixode.
If your a coffee drinker, brush your teeth thouroughly after drinking it.
Also, try Crest White Strips or Crest Vivid White.
1) occasional visits to the dentist
2) an electric toothbrush instead of a manual one
3) brushing twice a day
i think that will help!
As a practicing dentist, I usually initially recommend my patients try Crest Whitestrips, which can be purchased at Wal-Mart, Target, etc.etc.
Use as directed on the package, and you will notice results.
Also, avoid dark colored beverages such as coffees, teas, and colas. These are known to stain teeth over time. Also, smoking can very easily stain teeth.
If you are not seeing the results you would like, contact your dental office for further advice on in-office whitening or whitening trays that they can make for you. These procedures will have a higher fee associated with them as compared to Crest Over-the-Counter Whitestrips.
