Would you like a spherical toothbrush that you could use on the inner side of your teeth as well as your .?
i find a normal brush very ticklish and awkward to use on the inside of my mouth.

Hmm, that might be interesting. Although, I find that using a brush with a very small head or even a children's brush makes it easier to get into hard places. Also, the softer the bristles you use, the easier they are to manipulate. But a spherical brush might be fun if the brushhead didn't get too big -- that's the only problem I can see with your idea.
The last time I counted there were exactly 3,542,365,453,627 different types of tooth brushes, do we really need another one? Why don't you focus on inventing another type of wheel ...there's only one of those.
i have electric with small round head and its grrrrreat!!
While it would be handy to have a toothbrush that cleans the inside of your teeth at the same time as the outside, it would be very difficult to make one that will suit all teeth sizes. you would have to take into account how far apart the bristles would be for either side. if too far away, it would be pretty pointless. if too close, they could seriously harm your gums.
Before you try to make this toothbrush, research "sulcular brushing" and be sure that the toothbrush would be able to accomplish this goal. It sounds like it would be a pretty big brush to me...
