Is their a difference; if you Brush your teeth before or after you eat breakfast.?
Answers:
yea!! if you brush them before and then you go eat, your food tastes funny and you just get all the germs on your teeth again. if you do it after you get all the germs off until you brush your teeth again
If you do it before breakfast the food will be on your teeth until you brush again.
Brush your teeth before breakfast to get rid of that nasty taste and the coating on your tongue that forms overnight. Brush your teeth after breakfast to remove any residue food particle that could cause tooth decay.
youre breakfast tates better if you brush after and i think its better for your teeth too
u don't have 2 go back in the bathroom twice if u do it the first time ur in the bathroom
yes, the entire purpose of brushing your teeth is to get food and bacteria off of them. if you only brush your teeth before breakfast you are letting all that sit in your mouth till you brush your teeth again at what bedtime? you may have helped the morning breath with people you see as you roll out of bed but you are not helping it as far as people you see at school or work..
I brush mine after breakfast so that any deposits left in the teeth are removed.
You have to remember: It's never a bad thing to brush your teeth. Brushing your teeth before breakfast, actually seems to clean your teeth and mouth from any plaque and disgusting saliva that accumulates while you are sleeping. Thus, with a clean mouth you can start fresh and start eating with a completely new mouth to get dirty again. Thus, I prefer brushing my teeth before breakfast. If getting you're mouth further messier than from when you wake up in the morning does not seem to bother you, then by all means you can do whatever you feel most comfortable with - Just remember to brush efficiently and don't forget to floss!
P.S. - If you have the mentality that "It's just going to get messy again after breakfast", it's not going to make a difference brushing your teeth after breakfast because "It's just going get messy again after LUNCH."
ya, brushing after you eat is much healthier for your teach because the food from breakfas will make your teeth dirty again.
Most definitely! brushing them before breakfast defeats the entire purpose. You see, when you brush your teeth, what you are doing is removing any tartar etc. that may have built up from food that you ate. If you brush your teeth before breakfast, it removes the tartar that has built up since you last brushed. Then you go eat breakfast, and just pile more tartar back on. It will then sit on your teeth until they are brushed again, slowly turning to plaque and rotting away at them! (Eeeewwww!) Sorry for the gross description, but as you can hopefully tell, it is VERY important to brush your teeth after breakfast. Hope this helped!
brushing your teeth before is to cleaning your mouth from overnight and that stinky breath.then brush them after you eat the food and get all the germs off.
you could either not brush your teeth and eat breakfast (which is better for your teeth) but kill the people around you with your bad breath
or brush your teeth before which would be better for the people around you but not for your teeth
