I have cavity in my teeth , after repairing it how to protect it and maintain it in future?

Give me some precaution tip over maintaining my decayed teeth . Is that really required to remove the decayed teeth fully ?

Answers:
I've had a lot of cavities in the past and thus think I'm more prone 2 cavities than others so I brush and scrape my tongue after every meal, floss everyday and use a Rx flouride gel once a day 2 make sure I won't get ANY more of those stinking cavities!!

brush.brush.brush!
You probably dont have to remove the decayed teeth since it has been filled in. If it was badly decayed, it would have been extracted. Maintain that tooth the same way you shall take care of the rest of your teeth- frequent brushing in the right way, and surely before sleep. Flossing and dental rinses can help a lot.
brush floss snd drink wheat grass
