If you still have gaps why are they removing the braces? That doesn't make sense. You better ask before they remove them.
Think he'll leave them to move on their own. Good luck with that, enjoy life without them-they will probably be oversensitive for a while. SMILE.
You should ask about that before the braces are taken off - it might be annoying if you have to keep them for a bit longer, but it would be more disappointing if you didn't get the results you wanted and had to have them put back on in the future. Your dentist probably has a plan for how those gaps will close.
OMG you sound like my twin lol! I had braces and had to have four teeth taken out before, because i had overcrowding. My front teeth were not in the centre so i had to have them all moved around, making big gaps. I was also left with some small gaps but afterward they either give you a retainer or fix a brace behind some of your teeth, dont worry, i know how you feel but i can assure you the dentist knows what hes doing! they'll be closed up in no time, good luck x
yes like the above you will probs have a retainer! try to wear it when the dentist tells u 2 if you dont your teeth will move back 2 how they wre originaly! That happened to me and i had 2 have the traintracks put back on again and i had 2 pay 4 it the 2nd time around! if the retainer gets a bit icky leave it in your sink 2 soak in washing up liquid and hot water. then after that rinse all the liquid off so you dont eat it ! scrub it with you toothbrush which alllso helps¬!
