homemade teeth whiteners?

what are some of them like baking soda ect.?

Answers:
There is no "homemade" tooth whitener. Lemon juice-really bad idea! Baking soda-all it does is act like sandpaper and remove surface stains.
Carbamide and hydrogen peroxide(not the kind you get at Wal-Mart) are what actually pull the stain out of teeth. These are certainly not homemade.

Gurgle in lemon juice
I hear lemon and salt works.
baking soda mixed with water to a paste than put on your brush and scrub; lemon juice has too much acid which breaks down the enamel!
3% Hydrogen Peroxide (the kinds you buy in a drug store). Use can use the peroxide as a daily mouth wash and you will eventually see your teeth whiten. Peroxide is safe to you because some toothpaste already comes with peroxide in it. Also, peroxide has 2 benefits when using it as a mouthwash---you will see it bubbling which means it is getting rid of the germs in your mouth as well as whitening your teeth at the same time. But make sure you use the 3% peroxide as for any higher, it may cause damage to the teeth
However, it kinda has a nasty after taste so what you can do is use the peroxide as a mouth wash then follow it with a regular minty mouthwash to get that taste out of your mouth.
