My 13 year old daughter just had her wisdom teeth pulled last Thursday! You can eat soft foods such as mashed potatoes, pureed (blended fruits..fruit cocktail in a can is good to blend), rice, yogurt, soups or chowders, sloppy joes, macaroni & cheese, applesauce, spaghetti, stuffing with gravy added to it, coleslaw, jello, pudding, popcicles, egg salad sandwichs are some things listed on her foods to eat. She was not able to eat some of these for the first 2 days and so she opted for popcicles, soft ice cream. Fruit cocktail was not on her list but I have had dental problems myself and that was something I could eat. Oops I just saw that you don't eat dairy..sorry. Try some chicken that is roasted or boiled and chop it up into very small pieces, carrots mashed or peas mashed. You can try rice but my daughter was not able to eat rice. She could not open her mouth much because her jaw ached. Try some mexican food if you like it..enchiladas, soft tacos, cheese quesadillas. Take advil if you can. The surgeon gave my daughter darvocet and it didn't do anything. Advil will take the swelling down and also allieve pain. Put ice packs on for 10 minutes at a time. Most of the pain comes from having the mouth pried open and it tends to cause some joint pain in the jaw and the gum tissues are sore because it is exposed to air. My daughter felt pretty good on the third day and today she is doing very well. Hang in there...I know it's tough but it will heal and you will be able to eat anything you want in a few days. Hope this helps you.

broth or soup, nothing you have to chew and clean your mouth as soon as you finish eating.
Baby food! I would highly recommend rice cereal with applesauce mixed in. mmmm! Or the mashed bananas are also a personal favorite of mine. :) Baby food is actually a good source of nutrition, and there is an awesome selection of different foods! Go to the baby food aisle. you may become jealous of all the good food babies get to choose from.
eat jello
Applesauce, baked potato, soup, fruit sorbet, hope that gives you some ideas. Good luck, I had mine out a long time ago and I was so glad when I could chew comfortably again.
Soft foods, like soup and jello. Didn't your dentist tell you anything? Call the dentist's office and find out. Certainly don't chew hard stuff.
soft rice, room temp. should be fine. do you like vegetable juices? or v8 splash juices?
what about mashed potatoes
