what does every one think of lidocaine ?
Answers:
Thank God for Lidocaine. It's great because it doesn't spread all over the place where it is introduced. It doesn't make your face all numb so you have to talk funny and drool into your lap. I like lidocaine. Lidocaine is my friend. I like dentists although I think they all charge way too much and I have never found one I could afford so my teeth are a disaster but I keep them as well as I can. Lidocaine is my friend. Novacain was a terror. It went everywhere and I had to talk like someone put a washcloth in my mouth. I couldn't have chowder for lunch. But the bottom line is it's good to have all this stuff because it makes all that work in a dental office so much easier to bear. Lidocaine used elsewhere is fine, too. I think they used it to fix my finger in the hospital. It "took" (made the site numb) almost within twenty seconds. Seconds. Amazing. The doctor began to work and I grimaced because I was expecting the worst, but no. Absolutely no pain. That stuff had already "taken." Lidocaine is your friend. Thank you for letting me tell you all about it! Sent by Chris in South Portland, Maine, U.S.A. when it comes to some painful procedures, its nice to have!
it's great, but if youre pregnant, ask your dr first!
it's like novacaine given by a dentist? . I can't have any of these 'caines'.bcz there's adrenylin in them---so my dentist gives me 'happy gas' with happy tunes on a headset.and THEN gives me a "BLOCK".when I'm so happy I don't feel it (& don't CARE). Happy--- Joy! Joy!
I can honestly say that I have never thought of lidocaine. So I guess "everyone" doesn't.
i think drugs are bad mmkay cept pot that i like its natural
that is an anesthetic used to numb before sutures or removing a mole, etc. Why do you ask?
Great for taking out teeth..until it wears off...
Also eat something or drink something sugary beforehand as it can make you faint. :)
it numbs!
It's great when you have mouth sores etc.
It's a great thing to have before you get an epidural. :)
Vote for Chris. Lidocaine is by far the predominant local anesthetic in use in medicine and dentistry today. Chris has given you a lot of useful information.
I'd bet that at least a million injections of lidocaine are given world wide every single day. Maybe even in this country alone.
