Had back tooth pulled wondering if i have dry socket

NO ITS JUST THE SOCKET HEALING. IF IT WERE DRY SOCKET, YOU WILL HAVE SEVERE PAIN EVEN WHEN YOU WERE NOT CHEWING
It could be dry sockets, I had that. My oral surgeon packed the hole with gauge and clove juice, worked wonders instantly. The only bad part was when the juice squirted out when I (finally) ate a cheeseburger. Ha
