retainer help?

i had a brace for ages, ive now been wearinf my retainer for like 3 years, wenever i take it out for the day at nite one of my teeth has moved a bit. if i leave it 2 days it moves mor. i dont want to stop wearing retainer coz i dont want tooth to mive to weird place but is it unhealthy to wear a retainer forever?!

It won't hurt for you to wear that retainer as long as you need to.

It may not be an option, but ask your orthodontist if they can bond a wire behind that tooth (lingual retainer) to hold it in position.

is it a grown tooth or baby tooth becuase if its a baby tooth then pull iy out and let the new tooth grow in,but if its a grown up tooth go to the dentist and ask him for advise.

You should only wear your retainer at nite, thats when your teeth move the most!

No, the longer you wear it the longer your teeth will stay straight. My cousin stopped wearing hers early and it looks like she never had braces. I stopping wearing mine after about 2 years and my teeth have shifted a teeny bit, but are still beautiful.
